Every year, my sisters, mom and I try to get together for a weekend (or just a day!). It always varies a bit...sometimes we meet in the middle to shop, other times we all gather for a few days to hang out. As the amount of kids increases (we now have 6 between the three of us...ages 4 and under! :) ), the amount of shopping decreases, and we spend our time sipping coffee and chatting while the kids play.
Saturday turned out to be chilly and windy, but we packed everyone up and went to the pumpkin patch! Lyle was scared to go up the hill and down the slide by himself. Lucky for him, he has great aunties and cousins to slide with!
We attempted family and cousin pictures. Decide for yourself how well that went.... Aria was in need of a nap with a capital N!!!!
The three littles...
All the kids.
A huge bin of corn to play in... the older kids had a blast.
Sisters!
Riding the train...I'm pretty sure the driver had given them strict instructions to keep their hands on the sides! LOL!
Lyle with the twins. Mealtime was entertaining to say the least! And noisy thanks to Aria demanding her food NOW!
It was such a sweet time to spend together, and I love watching the cousins become friends. We even got to facetime with the newest cousin, baby Mae out in South Carolina. That makes 7 grandkids under the age of 5. Get-togethers and holidays are going to be a crazy awesome mess! And I love it!
