Saturday we headed up to Manhattan to watch my brother Jeffrey graduate from the K-State School of Business. We were so proud! He has already accepted a job offer to work for Cerner, and will be moving to Kansas City in June. (I know another great person to visit when we go to KC! We might have to increase the frequency of our trips! :) )
I remember the feeling of graduating college so well. You are so unbelievably happy to be done with school, and excited to be starting out on a whole new adventure. But there is also so much uncertainty. Will I like my new job? Will I be fine living on my own? Will I make any friends and where will I meet them? I finished college after two years, where as most of my friends went on for another two years. It felt like a weird transition time that I wasn't sure where I fit. But God knows what you need, and he fills your life with great blessings and people!
All to say I know he will do great, and I am so excited for him to be able to get into his new job, apartment, life and see what God has in store!!!
